ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after placing the order. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day.
  • Once you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us to confirm.
  • If you need any help with your order, be sure to get in touch with us immediately. We will not be able to change your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct mailing address. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to errors in your address. If an order returns due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We Ship Worldwide Shipping. Shipping time depends upon shipping method, package size, and destination.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit times. The carrier provides transit times and may vary by destination, especially during peak seasons.
  • Shipping time does not include the day you place your order or the time to process the order. Weekends are not considered transit days for any of the below shipping methods. 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • For standard shipping, we recommend ordering at least 10 business days before your event to allow for processing and shipping time.
  • We strive to get your purchases to you quickly. However, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We Ship Worldwide Shipping. 
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which incurs once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 
  • We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once we have sent items to the carrier.
  • We DO NOT ship orders to third party international cargo export shipping companies.
  • The actual number of days may vary based on destination and custom delays.
  • We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your event for international orders. We strive to get your purchases to you quickly. However, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times or custom delays. 

FREE SHIPPING

  • At this time, we can only offer free standard shipping to the continental on orders of a minimum of $35.
  • If you select free shipping, we will send via the most affordable shipping option, which may not be the fastest. If you need your package sooner, please purchase a shipping method that meets your delivery needs.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

  • Personalized printable invitations and free printable downloads are digital items only. No items will be shipped.
  • Free printable downloads will be processed immediately. You will receive an email with the order receipt and download instructions.
  • We email custom printable invitations in the file format you selected within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. 
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products. Please contact us about any problems with your order.

WHY DOES MY ORDER SAY IT’S BEEN DELIVERED WHEN I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT YET?

  • If your order status indicates Delivered, but you can’t locate the package, it’s possible the carrier marked it delivered by accident. Carriers typically resolve this error within a day or two. 
  • Meanwhile, we recommend the following:
  • Check around the property and with all household members to ensure they did not accept the package. 
  • Check with your neighbors to see if the package may have been delivered there.
  • If you live in an apartment complex, please get in touch with your building manager to see if they are holding your package at their office. 
  • Call your local post office with the tracking number and ask if they can further assist you. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. They may even have your package on hold for you.
  • If your order ends up lost or stolen, please contact us, and we will file a claim for you. 
  • Refunds will be granted no earlier than 5 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
